A NEW BILL & NEW HOPE: SB 260 WOULD HELP YOUTH SENTENCED TO ADULT PRISON

Senator Hancock has introduced SB 260, a bill that, if passed, would have judges review the sentences of people who were under the age of 18 at the time of a crime for which they were tried as an adult and got sentenced to more than 10 years.
