Recent changes in law allowed him to seek parole. On Monday December 9th, at 1:30pm, the Board of Parole Hearings will hold a public meeting for anyone interested in hearing about plans for implementing SB 260 (Youth Offender Parole Hearings).  There will also be a time for questions and input. You can attend in person, or by telephone conference. We encourage EVERYONE to participate.
