New US Supreme Court Case on Youth Life without Parole Sentences!

In January 2016 the US Supreme Court issued its fourth decision on the use of life without parole sentences for people under the age of 18. The  historic ruling in Montgomery v. Louisiana held as retroactive its 2012 decision in Miller v. Alabama, which banned mandatory life without parole sentences for children.
